The Manufacturers Bank. America soars with eagle and flag at center. Green overall tints. Many of these notes I have observed have weak signatures. This is the exception in that the signatures are clear. These notes have always been popular and will continue to be so because of its attractiveness. The majority of these notes for sale grade only Fine or less. This is an attractive VF+.
