A tough note from Westmoreland County and one of only 8 large and 22 small size notes recorded. As a bonus, this is the ONLY $5 Red Seal in the census. Deep red seal and charter numbers on the nicely centered example with penned signatures of the Cashier and President. Small edge split at left side margin, as well as ragged right bottom corner. Still very presentable!
